Construction Manager (A1 Main Contractor) (ID: 655622) LXY

Our client, a well-known A1 Main Contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Construction Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost
2. Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines
3. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives
4. Ensuring all works carried out to meet the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements
5. Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all projects matters
6. Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meet clients & regulatory requirements, as well as environmental, safety and health practices, are carried out at all times
7. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers/site supervisors and sub-contractors
8. Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Recognized Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 7 years of practical working experience with 5 years in Building Projects Construction Management with the Main contractor
3. Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
4. Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices
6. Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
7. Good team player with strong leadership skills
8. Skilled in managing and motivating diverse, multi-functional, multi-cultural project teams
9. Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
