• Mon - Fri | 8:15 AM-5:30 PM
• Jurong Port Road | 2-way Transportation provided from Lakeside MRT
• Gross Up To $3000 + Completion Bonus
• 1-Year Renewable Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receipt, accessioning, and tagging of new acquisitions.
• Support artefact movements for exhibitions, conservation labs, and storage facilities.
• Update collection information in digital systems.
• Liaise with contractors and art handlers for artefact logistics, fumigation setup, and cleaning.
• Manage artefact handling during stocktake exercises and other inventory projects.
• Maintain the supply of packing and storage materials, sourcing vendors as needed.
• Assist in the digitization of acquisition documents and other archival activities.
• Perform preventive conservation checks on artefacts and storage areas.
• Assist in taking photographs using digital cameras (DSLRs).
• Assist in physical checking of new artefacts.
• Supervise moving of artefacts from other locations.
• Off-field inspection of artefacts & assist in supervision of movers.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the arts, logistics, or operations field.
• Basic artefact and artwork handling experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with lifting & handling artefacts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle items with care and precision.
