Job Description
Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.
Assists the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures/handbook.
Handles inquiries, feedback, and correspondence relating to the designated property.
Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
Ensures designated contract works/routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract agreements.
Assists with reviewing service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommends renewal or calls for quotations/tenders.
Executes tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws.
Coordinates vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings.
Assists in the preparation of circulars/notices for the designated property’s notice board(s).
Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/Management.
Requirements
Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturdays upon confirmation).
Preferably able to start immediately.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good administrative skills and computer literacy.
