Condo Manager (Property MNC) Central Area

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Condo Manager to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area, easily accessible.

Duties of Condo Manager:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium.
• Work closely with the headquarters portfolio team to deliver quality property management services.
• Implement initiatives to enhance service standards and resident satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with the property’s council members, residents, and stakeholders.
• Plan and supervise general maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Develop and enforce emergency and crisis management protocols.
• Manage budgets, financial transactions, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, government regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
• Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
