Job description
  • Position: Compliance & Trust Executive Assistance To Manager
  • Industry: Family Office Environment
  • Working Location: Suntec Tower, Singapore
  • Working Day: 5 Days 9 AM – 6 PM

Family Office Environment in managing fund, investment and charity's budget from group of family's directors.

(Candidates need to know there is no Progression in Career)

Summary:

  • To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
  • Reporting and supporting the Executive Director at Singapore.
  • Ideal candidate from trust consultancy firm or compliance related industry.
  • Preferred working experience as compliance specialist or trust administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in providing administrative support/services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
  • Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
  • Transcript of voice recordings of meetings/phone conferences.
  • Draft, review & comment on emails/agreements/documents for Executive Director’s consideration.
  • Comfortable identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
  • Record and monitor deadlines, update status and track internal database/reports of relevant tasks/projects assigned.
  • Administer and maintain databases/files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digital).
  • Assist in office management.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by Manager & Executive Director.
