Working Location: Suntec Tower
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Timing: 9 – 6 PM
Salary Budget: $5,000 - $6,500+ VB

Summary:

  • To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
  • Reporting and supporting the Executive Director and will work closely with and supporting the principal.
  • Ideal candidate from trust consultancy firm or worked as legal secretary.
  • Experience in handling trust and legal documents is a must.
  • Assist principal in going through legal documents from law firm and reply to lawyer if there are any omissions.

Job Duties:

  1. Assist in providing administrative support/services as well as solutions meeting the needs of the Company and the Group.
  2. Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
  3. Transcript of voice recordings of meetings/phone conferences.
  4. Draft, review & comment on emails/agreement/documents for Executive Director’s consideration.
  5. Comfortable identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
  6. Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
  7. Record and monitor deadlines, update status, and track internal database/reports of relevant tasks/projects assigned.
  8. Administer and maintain databases/files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal databases (spearhead converting largely to digital).
  9. Assist in office management.
  10. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Executive Director.
