Compliance Officer

Location: Jurong East
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ACRA, MAS, and AML/CFT regulations.
• Oversee client onboarding, KYC checks, and due diligence.
• Develop and update internal compliance policies.
• Identify and manage compliance risks with mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report compliance issues to management.
• Train employees on compliance and regulatory updates.
• Support audits by ensuring proper documentation.
• Communicate with regulators and handle filings.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate in a team.
