Compliance Officer

Overview:

Join the leading payment services provider in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive Compliance Officer with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector. The successful candidate will support our compliance efforts to maintain adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
2. Manage and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
3. Handle MAS Payment Services licensing issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct and oversee risk assessments and compliance audits.
5. Develop and facilitate compliance training for staff.
6. Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in payment services.
3. Comprehensive understanding of MAS regulations and guidelines.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in relevant compliance software is an advantage.

Work Schedule:
This job has the following work schedule:
5 days / week
9am - 6pm
