Job description
  • Perm with AWS and Bonuses, North Area
  • At least 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.

The incumbent will oversee compliance policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements within township management. This role ensures adherence to legal and industry standards, mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update compliance policies and SOPs in line with regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective staff training on compliance policies.
  • Maintain records and provide reports on compliance status.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with the Code of Governance for Town Councils will be ideal.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
