Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and other applicable regulatory frameworks across Southeast Asia.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure investment transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal fund guidelines.
Lead compliance audits, prepare reports, and manage regulatory inspections.
Provide compliance training and act as a resource for internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
8-10 years of compliance experience in private equity, asset management, or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and fund structures (e.g., Limited Partnerships, VCCs).
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related fields; certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are an advantage.
Proven ability to assess compliance risks and implement effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
