We specialise in corporate finance advisory (merger and acquisition) and dealing in capital market products (equities). Client coverage includes Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications & experience

• 5 years of working experience in MAS regulated entity. Prior experience in MAS regulated entity (CMS License - Advising on Corporate Finance and/or Dealing in Capital Market Products) is advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitor compliance matters on a daily basis.
• Responsible for MAS reporting on a regular basis.
• Report directly to the board of directors.
