Be Part of Our Success

Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC)

• Work closely with the Lead for Compliance & Risk Management Office (CRMO) to provide oversight over the Organization’s adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;
• Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees;
• Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.

Data Protection

• Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;
• Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.

Education & Awareness

• Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
• Create, administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational material/events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.

Ad-hoc Duties

• Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.

Qualities We Value

• 2 years of relevant experience in GRC.
• Entry level graduates who are passionate about learning and value professional growth are also welcome to apply.
• Relevant certification (e.g Certified Practitioner in Data Protection, Certified Information Privacy Professional etc) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, objectively and constructively.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
