Report and support the Executive Director in Singapore.

Preferred working experience as a compliance specialist or trust administrator.
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support/services and solutions meeting the needs of the Company and the Group.
Create, format, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Transcribe voice recordings of meetings/phone conferences.
Draft, review, and comment on emails/agreements/documents for Executive Director’s consideration.
Identify and evaluate legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
Record and monitor deadlines, update status, and track internal database/reports of relevant tasks/projects assigned.
Administer and maintain databases/files; rename, reorganize, and maintain files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digital).
Assist in office management.
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by Manager & Executive Director.
