Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with regulatory matters pertaining to the regulated business in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
  • Reviewing our in-house Compliance checklist and AML KYC checklist that are completed by the deal teams and their lawyers.
  • Assisting with periodic reviews and update of Compliance manuals and policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in English. Additional Asian language is a plus.
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant compliance experience in financial industry preferred.
