We are looking for an experienced and reliable Compensation & Benefits Specialist for one of our established clients. The candidate will oversee and administer employees’ compensation and benefits, assess business and employees’ needs, and propose targeted programs to enhance performance, organizational trust, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits, HR practices, and compensation cycle management (annual bonus, annual increment, budget exercises).
