Salt Talent Search is looking to hire a Compensation and Performance Analyst for a 7-month contract role.
Your Role
Join our Total Rewards team with an exciting job opportunity as a Benefits Analyst APAC.
Cover APAC with a special focus on Australia, Singapore, NZ, and Thailand.
Lead and execute all benefit-related projects according to the APAC Roadmap, including global projects.
Analyze existing benefit plans and competitive practices in the country to ensure alignment with Henkel priorities (i.e., Diversity/Inclusion, Sustainability) and global practices.
Ensure benefit programs are current with regards to trends, practices, and costs; recommend changes based on trend analysis.
Maintain effective engagement with country, regional, and global stakeholders.
Drive standardization of benefit policies within the country (if not harmonized yet) to the extent possible.
Manage benefits review and strategic negotiations with suppliers, ensuring plans are cost-effective.
Involved in managing suppliers’ selection, performance, and cost targets.
YOUR SKILLS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably with regional experience handling Benefits topics.
Experience in leading a change effort and managing communication with management level.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in drawing insights from multiple/complex data.
Strong communicator and team player.
