Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement – Lead, nurture, and grow our gaming community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive space where players feel heard and valued.
  • Content Creation – Craft compelling content, including social media posts, videos, and blog articles, to keep the community excited about upcoming events and updates.
  • Partnership Development – Connect with influencers, gaming groups, and industry leaders to forge powerful partnerships that expand our reach and enhance our community experience.
  • Strategy & Growth – Channel your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities for community growth, develop innovative engagement strategies, and drive brand collaboration.
  • Monitoring & Reporting – Keep an eye on key performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and fine-tune our community strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Support – Be the bridge between the community and our team, ensuring concerns are addressed and feedback is heard.

Others:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field – Community management, gaming, or digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – Comfortable engaging with all personality types across different communication channels.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments – Quick thinker who adapts to industry trends.
  • A team player who loves working in cross-functional teams – Collaboration is key to our success!
  • Experience with Discord, Reddit, Twitch, or other community platforms – You know how to build and manage online spaces.
  • Event Planning Experience – Whether it's online tournaments, AMAs, or game nights, you know how to bring people together.
  • Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing Skills – Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus for creating engaging content.
  • Knowledge of Esports & Gaming Industry Trends – Stay ahead of the game with insights into competitive gaming and emerging trends.
  • Social Media Savvy – Experience in growing engagement on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Passion for Building Inclusive Communities – You believe in creating a safe and welcoming space for all players.
