The Paper Bunny (TPB) is looking for a Community Manager to deepen engagement with our customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and brand partners. This person will develop and execute strategies together with the wider team to grow brand loyalty and strong brand recall. The ideal candidate is highly relational, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building communities and fostering meaningful brand interactions.
What You’ll Do:
Community Engagement & Brand Loyalty
• Develop and execute strategies to grow TPB’s brand loyalty, fostering a strong and engaged community.
• Plan and implement customer engagement initiatives, brand-led events and activations at the store, surprise-and-delight moments, and personal touches that elevate the TPB experience.
• Manage and develop TPB’s loyalty program, finding creative ways to enhance customer retention and advocacy.
KOL & Partner Relationships
• Work with wider PR and Marketing team to nurture relationships with KOLs, brand advocates, and partners.
• Plan and host private KOL experiences, intimate gatherings, and activations that authentically connect them to the brand.
• Develop thoughtful ways to engage our community of partners and collaborators beyond transactions.
Activations, Events & In-Store Experiences
• Conceptualize and execute community-driven activations, in-store events, pop-ups, and experiences that align with TPB’s brand ethos to engage and excite our customers.
• Work cross-functionally with the creative and retail teams to bring engaging brand experiences to life.
• Identify strategic opportunities for collaborations and events that enhance brand visibility and community connection.
CSR & Thoughtful Initiatives
• Explore and develop community outreach and CSR efforts that align with TPB’s brand values.

• A creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized executor who brings ideas to life seamlessly.
• Someone with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and how to create meaningful connections.
• Experienced in community building, event planning, influencer engagement, and/or brand activations (3-5 years of relevant experience preferred).
