As a Communications Agent, you will be the voice of our hotel, ensuring seamless and professional communication across all channels. You will handle phone inquiries, respond to guest messages via our mobile app, and manage email correspondence with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. Your role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing accurate hotel and dining information while ensuring that any urgent matters or emergencies are promptly directed to the appropriate teams.
