Job description

Our client is one of the leading players in the Construction Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Communications & Admin Executive to be part of their Marketing Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North West - easily accessible.


Duties of Communications & Admin Executive:

  • Coordinate and manage corporate visits by schools, partners, and public agencies.
  • Maintain schedules, databases, and media/photo libraries.
  • Prepare visitor areas and coordinate logistics with internal departments.
  • Conduct daily media scans to track news and trends.
  • Support development and upkeep of brand materials (e.g., brochures, videos, presentations).
  • Assist in planning and executing events (e.g., conferences, CSR activities, trade shows).
  • Manage content creation for intranet, website, and social media platforms.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Track event outcomes (e.g., attendance, engagement, feedback) to guide future planning.
  • Assist with other communications and branding tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Corporate Communications and Admin
