Identification of market potential, needs, trends, competition, and pricing levels for commercial projects.
Establishment of annual business plan based on market data with relevant initiatives and KPIs in the assigned region aligned with ASEAN strategy.
Documentation of channel partners, consultants, and developers for commercial projects.
Maintain a structured agenda on quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to assure maximum business impact in the region.
Developing, initiating, and managing new relationships with commercial contractors, consultants, and distributors to build product awareness and identify leads.
Technically assisting Commercial Distributors, whenever required, with application support and submittals for the ASEAN market.
Manage price-related or commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and marketing strategies.
Arrange Product and Application seminars including techno-commercial presentations for consultants, developers, contractors, and distributors.
Project management includes clear documentation of individual projects as per the agreed format.
Coordinate sales efforts with those in other divisions to increase market share.
Prepare and present proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company standards.
Follow-up on hard bids and respond to all inquiries and requests for bid/quotation in a timely manner.
Maintain records and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
Attend site meetings with the Engineers & Partners to understand project requirements.
Disseminate project information, provide instructions, and delegate duties accordingly.
Ensure timely support to all partners in ASEAN to achieve revenue targets and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Commercial/Business.
Fluent in English and one major regional language.
8-10 years experience from a major premium brand in the commercial building segment; 3-5 years experience in a successful front-line regional sales/account management role.
Vision and drive to make conclusive decisions based on data and drive an agenda in sync with regional & global company strategy.
Action and target-oriented with flexibility to change direction based on market data.
Can-do attitude; ability to get things done in a timely manner.
Confidence to act autonomously and make decisions within agreed boundaries to quickly resolve issues.
Ability to multitask.
