Job Description:
Sales Strategy and Performance:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize product mix and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Optimize inventory management, including stock allocation, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines in all retail operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational productivity.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail operations and store support staff.
- Provide training and coaching on operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
- Act as a liaison between the retail operations team and senior management, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with the client experience team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support clienteling initiatives by equipping retail teams with tools and insights to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee the implementation of VIP and loyalty programs to maximize client engagement and retention.
Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation:
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure stores reflect the brand’s luxury image and seasonal themes.
- Ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events to drive traffic and sales.
- Regularly visit retail locations to ensure brand standards are upheld and provide on-site support as needed.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for retail operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability across retail locations.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast sales and operational expenses accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations or commercial management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of luxury market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales analysis and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
