Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Explore and secure sources for lithium-ion battery scraps through direct outreach, referrals, and industry partnerships.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and continuity.
3. Conduct industry research and participate in networking events to identify new supply sources and expand the company's network.
4. Collaborate with the factory team to address supplier needs, provide recycling support, and relay valuable feedback for operational improvements.
5. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
6. Identify opportunities by understanding customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions to address them effectively.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related commercial role in lithium ion battery or recycling industry, with a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
3. Strong networking abilities and able to build rapport with customers.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in tackling challenges independently with minimal supervision.
