As part of our team, you’ll provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of commercial matters, from drafting and negotiating contracts to advising on corporate transactions.

What You'll Achieve

• Masterful Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for YouGov's global transactions.
• Legal Research Expertise:Dive into national, international, and local laws to ensure compliance and applicability to our business.
• Advisory Excellence:Offer expert advice on master service agreements, key supplier contracts, and general terms and conditions.
• Data Protection Proficiency:Draft and review data processing and sharing agreements, collaborating with the Group Data Protection Officer.
• Governance Collaboration: Work with the Governance Team on compliance, risk management, and company policies.
• Autonomous Teamwork:Thrive in a dynamic legal team with a high level of autonomy.

What You Bring

• Qualified Expertise: A qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate.
• Contract Savvy:Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts.
• Employment Law Acumen: Knowledge of employment law.
• Pragmatic Problem-Solving: A commercial approach to risk, with the ability to present alternatives and propose solutions.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with various IT tools and databases.
• Industry Experience:Background in marketing, media, tech, advertising, and/or publishing (desirable).
