Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and provide support for day-to-day commercial operations of the company
• Assist the Chartering Team in crafting customer engagement plans and nurturing client relationships
• Collaborate with the Operations Team on port charge budgeting, cost management, and financial settlements
• Review and verify commercial invoices submitted by overseas representative offices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage daily commercial processes to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Liaise with headquarters on contract reviews, risk assessments, and other assigned tasks
Requirements:
• Preferred at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Fresh graduates welcomed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail, especially in reviewing financial documents
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment
