Overview: Join a dynamic fintech company as a Commercial Director, driving revenue growth and expanding their client base. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales and industry expertise, ready for a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Attributes:
Numbers driven and ability to demonstrate quick ramp up (first order of business)
Comfortable with startup pace (this means you have the opportunity to contribute to SOP, Growth eventually)
Hands-on, building business whilst hiring and leading sales reps (you have to be both a player and a coach)
Based in Singapore however, depending on your experience, remotely covering particular countries / region / globe
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the enterprise and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Present tailored solutions to clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
10 years and more of experience in enterprise/commercial sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for a fast-paced startup environment.
