As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a constant flow of communication with customers internationally. Your key responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers within APAC with customer facing requests such as samples, pricing, documentation requests, and coordination of meetings (virtual and on-site), and other logistical on-site coordination.
  • Manage coordination of documents: Enters quality, regulatory, and sustainability related customer requests into internal system in a timely fashion. Returns completed documentation to customer once available. Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are being met. Follow up with internal teams around incomplete documentation.
  • Requests price quotations from pricing office via internal system; prepares price letters and effectively maintains all price related files for customers from a pre-sales perspective. Work with pricing office on annual pricing review including creation and communication of price increase letters.
  • Supports the department to process and maintain legal documents via Firmenich’s end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management solution (Contract Us).
  • Update customer portals for specific customers & distributors.
  • Handle customer projects: enter and follow up on projects in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.

You bring

  • 2-3 years of expertise in customer service or sales, ideally in food / taste / health / pharma or chemical sectors.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Responsible, independent, structured, and team-oriented work as well as a high willingness to provide service and support.
  • Education in commerce, sales, marketing, or other relevant fields.
