We are looking for a Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions), to join our team!
As the Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:
- Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests and visitors
- Handle ticketing and retail operations
- Handle ad-hoc guests and visitors' queries
- Set and maintain service standards
- Work closely with other departments to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard at all times
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves interacting with guests and visitors
- is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Display initiative
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Has good relationship building & diplomacy skills
- Willing to work shifts
