Job Description:

• Perform Mazak CNC programming for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification.
• Perform CNC milling & lathe programming and setting of job on CNC machines.
• Locate raw materials, prepare tools, and generate programming offline required to perform the job.
• Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc) according to materials and tools selection to achieve optimum speed.
• Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
• Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
• Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
• Supporting QC on compiling documentation, instrument calibration and gage room support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in CNC programming and reviewing toolings for machine tools.
