CNC Programmer (CAD/CAM Drafter)

Responsibilities

1. Able to create setup sheet, tool list and process sheet.
2. Prepare CNC Program for Milling & Turning machine using Mastercam software.
3. Create CNC programs for horizontal and vertical operations, e.g., Fanuc Control.
4. Design simple tools and fixtures to assist the machining process.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine issues.
6. Monitor and improve production cycle time and cost.
7. Maintain the storage and archiving of all programs.
