CNC Machinist (Aerospace) -✈️⚙️Fast-Track Career Growth - #ACG

Monday - Friday (Able to commit both day and night shift)

Working location: Changi, East Area

Salary range: Gross up to $2800

Incentive: AWS + VB

Core Responsibilities:

• Follow all work instructions and safety rules (including proper PPE).
• Prioritize tasks unless told otherwise.
• Follow technical data in your job traveller (operation sheets, manuals, and engineering instructions).
• Set up machining fixtures, tooling, and inserts for turning, grinding, or milling. Mark materials and determine reference points. Align fixtures and tools, and set machine speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
• Operate the machine, checking for signs of wear or problems.
• Perform sheet metal work and pressure testing as needed.
• Use measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, etc.) to check parts and ensure they meet specifications.
• Request inspections when needed.
• Perform routine maintenance (TPMs).
• Report any issues with parts, paperwork, equipment, or materials to the Cell Leader.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of aerospace machining experience
