Position: SP Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Salary Package:

• Base Salary: SGD 2,500–5,500 (depends on experience; determined during the interview).

• Accommodation Allowance: Self-funded.

• No overtime pay.

Working Location: Wumei, Singapore

Company Background: Construction contractor specializing in engineering estimation, cost control, and project management.

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off).

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare engineering estimates, cost estimates, and manage contracts.

• Submit claims, conduct re-measurements, and track project changes.

• Budget control and ensure proper final settlements and cost tracking.

• Prepare tenders, monitor project costs, and optimize project profitability.

• Ensure progress payments are submitted and certified accurately, aligning with on-site progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/graduate diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.

• At least 3 years of experience in measurement and surveying.

• Fluent in English and relevant experience in Singapore.
