Overview of Role
A Cluster Sales Executive (Corporate) with Conrad Hotels and Resorts manages designated corporate accounts to develop and solicit new business, driving total hotel revenue – rooms, catering, and F&B outlets.
What will I be doing?
As Cluster Sales Executive, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure proper rate loading entry standards in OnQPM
- Provide weekly submission of sales call plan and sales call activity report via Delphi.fdc
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated Account Development Plan based on portfolio assigned
- Timely submission of corporate rate agreements and RFPs
- Keep up to date with market trends, market conditions, and competitor developments
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients
- Attend hotel/departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings or hotel events to support business operations
- Conduct “Bring Back Old Business” and repeat calls to increase demand and overall revenue
- Submit sales activities on a weekly basis, achieving the minimum number of activities per week
- Work with Cluster Assistant Director of Sales to design and implement strategic business plans; identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Cluster Director of Sales or Cluster Commercial Director

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- Good team player
- Hotel sales experience and familiarity with hotel databases
