We are looking for an individual who has understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and endpoint testing. We will be hiring on a contract employment basis.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Lead and manage the operations team (contractors) to maintain and support secure products for Whole-Of-Government.
• Ensure that the card production system is properly managed and coordinated by the team of contractors with no disruption to business operations.
• Ensure the availability of the PKI system according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Work closely with agencies to understand their requirements to meet their needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with Internal Service Management team to develop/enhance business functions/processes.
• Analyze impacts of any requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address evolving business needs.
• Submit regular and timely project updates to higher management.
• Track and manage change requests for project governance purposes.
• Manage project documentation received from project teams and vendors and follow up on delayed deliverables.
• Perform evaluation testing, inspection, and acceptance of all PC hardware and software.
• Conduct Quality Assurance testing for changes to end-user equipment (e.g., security patching, application version upgrade, etc.).
• Evaluate and propose hardware and software upgrades (e.g., Tech Refresh) to end-user equipment.
• Maintain project asset inventories.
• Support Whole-Of-Government requests for equipment rollouts and inventories.
• Ensure all project assets are tracked, accounted for, and can be reconciled at any time with the asset inventory system.
• Perform regular hardware asset and software license audits, participate in capacity budgeting, and forecast for hardware upgrades and/or software renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Candidates with Card Production / PKI Service experience preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a desktop support technician administering PCs (laptops and desktops) and other peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with the latest Windows technology.
• Experience in IT business analysis.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
• Experience with quality assurance testing and processes.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Attained an ITIL service operations certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT asset management systems, including asset management processes, asset updates, report management, and asset management inventory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior management to update any operational issues/challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, and decision-making skills.
• Resourceful with the ability to work out solutions to unique technical challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
