CLOTHES STORE MANAGER

Responsibility:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Managing Daily Operations of 4 outlets.
3. Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
4. Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.
5. Loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads of goods.
6. Prepare delivery orders and placing them in delivery area (load, pack, wrap, label).
7. Assist in counting physical inventory and maintain inventory control. Identify damage and report shortage of stock.
8. Assist with planning of special events and promotions.
9. To solve any problems encountered in the course of their duties.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
11. Assist in keeping a safe and clean working environment.
12. Comply with company policies and guidelines.

Requirement:

1. Team Player and able to work independently with a positive work attitude.
2. Able to work OT when required (Included Sunday & PH).
3. Good working attitude (Punctual & Hardworking).
4. Good interpersonal skills - ability to interact with people at all levels.
5. Possess capability to lead, motivate and manage subordinates.

Location: Ubi

Working Days: 5 days, Monday-Friday

Working hour: 9am - 6.30pm
