We are currently seeking a Clinical Sample Processor II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Sample Processor II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

1. Receive, process, and prepare clinical samples for analysis according to study protocols and standard operating procedures.
2. Perform complex sample accessioning, labeling, and documentation tasks accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Lead the maintenance of inventory for sample storage and tracking systems, ensuring proper storage conditions and timely retrieval for analysis.
4. Coordinate sample shipments, logistics, and data management activities in collaboration with laboratory staff and study teams.
5. Contribute to the implementation and optimization of laboratory processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a laboratory setting.
2. Previous experience in sample processing, laboratory operations, or clinical research.
3. Proficiency in laboratory safety protocols, sample handling procedures, and quality assurance practices.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
