Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract Part-time, KidSTART@KKH KIDS 0-3)

The Clinical Research Coordinator will maintain data integrity and provide administrative support, focusing on accurate data entry, database management, and communication updates. This role aims to optimise the team’s information flow and operational efficiency. This role will support various teams through systematic data handling, timely updates, and effective information management, also providing a crucial link between different systems and stakeholders within the team.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves a range of data entry tasks, including updating our systems with timely and accurate information.
• Responsible for processing various forms and extracting data from multiple sources, ensuring databases are current and comprehensive.
• Familiarity with data management systems and tools.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices.
• Processing and distributing important email updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support as needed. This may involve handling online form submissions and assisting with other administrative tasks that arise.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor and HOD as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Nursing and any other relevant disciplines or
• Diploma in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Science/CT Mgmt/Nursing with min 6 years’ relevant experience in related field. Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic database management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Good communication skills and writing skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
