Clinical Product Specialist (Endovascular)

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles.
2. Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development.
3. Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development.
4. Explain technical nuances as well as pros and cons of various solutions that appeal to KOLs’ technical requirements.
5. Identify responses that can minimise negative impact and address buyers' dissatisfaction of goods.
6. Provide post-sales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings.
7. Organise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training on the principal’s products to health professionals in hospitals.
8. Perform field calls for the accounts and assigned territory, including being “on-call”.
9. Participate in training opportunities to be updated on product knowledge and market trends (workshops, training, conferences).
10. Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the market.

Pre-requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology or Science
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Able to travel overseas
4. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu will be an advantage
5. Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends)
6. MS Office Application (Word, Power Point, Excel)
7. Good leadership and people skills
8. Partnership development and strategic stakeholder engagement
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills
10. Meticulous and detailed-orientated
11. Self-starter and able to multitask
12. Aptitude to develop a clinical knowledge base and learn on the job
13. Critical thinker
