You are responsible for

• Delivering Clinical Applications Training to customers & distributors.
• Providing Clinical Case Support for patient treatments to Physicians through our channel partners.
• Implementing and managing customer-specific account strategies to drive utilization of our devices and applications.
• Documenting and managing all relevant customer activities within the system.
• Hosting customer site visits at reference sites.
• Conducting system testing/training on-site if required.
• Troubleshooting product issues at customer sites and identifying any product usability issues.
• Communicating customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company.
• Documenting complaints according to QMS processes.
• Supporting Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
• Representing Philips at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Installing software upgrades and setting up, installing, and testing when required.
• Enabling connectivity through Care Orchestrator.
• Establishing the Care Orchestrator ecosystem and managing the users.
• Troubleshooting problems for the customer.

You are a part of

Driving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines.
• 5 years of Clinical Experience with 3 years as a professional hospital nurse or sleep technologist (RPSGT) with Sleep Therapist in a sleep center.
• Good communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills.
• A passion for interacting with customers and working closely with the sales function with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
