About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Nurse Manager to join our team at River Valley Doctors Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Based in our River Valley Central Region clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals and fostering a positive, patient-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the nursing team, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
3. Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement efficient clinical workflows and protocols
4. Monitor and maintain stock levels of medical supplies and equipment
5. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for the nursing team, providing guidance and support as needed
6. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the clinic

What we're looking for

1. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical nursing or managerial role
2. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a nursing team
3. Strong clinical expertise and a deep understanding of nursing best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical professionals and patients
5. Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
6. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive, patient-centric environment
