Job Title - Clinic Nurse (No shift work)

Location - Clinic in Gleneagles Hospital (Walking distance to MRT)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (possible to arrange alternate Saturdays off)
• No shift work
• Overtime rates apply for assisting with operations after office hour. Transport allowance can be claimed on top of overtime allowances.
• Full time, or part time (contract) or part time with a view to convert to full time basis. Welcome to send in application

Job Description:
Join our Surgicare Bariatric and General Surgery clinic at Gleneagles Hospital, where you’ll be part of a team delivering personalized, quality care. Your role includes:

• Assisting with front desk duties and supporting the doctor with patient-related activities such as consultations, endoscopy, and operations (training will provided if no prior OT experience)
• Ward round with doctor when required. No previous experience required, as long as have a keen to learn and enthusiastic attitude
• Administering professional nursing care before, during, and after surgery, including patient and family education on recovery and financial aspects.
• Managing and processing medications prescribed, advising patients on usage.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating laboratory and diagnostic services.
• Handling telephone and email inquiries and administrative tasks, including credit card payments.
• Coordinating daily clinic operations.
• Opportunities for training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Citizens, Permanent Residence and work permit holders (subject to approvals) are eligible to apply.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team alongside another nurse and admin staff.
