Clinic Doctor Assistant

Location: Clearsk Aesthetic Clinic, Blk 205 Hougang Street 21, #03-04, Heartland Mall, Singapore 530205. The clinic is located right above Kovan MRT station.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 40-44 hours per week (depending on roster), with Sundays off and one weekday off. Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Lunch Break: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM); Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM).

Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 (Negotiable)

Role Overview: As a Clinic Doctor Assistant, you will support our medical professionals, ensure smooth clinic operations, and provide exceptional patient care. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in aesthetics and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including cleansing the face, applying numbing cream, and taking before-and-after pictures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Educate and guide patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a clinic, medical, or beauty setting is a plus (but not absolutely necessary).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team player mindset.
