Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival
2. Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
3. Assisting healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures
4. Handling administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims
5. Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
6. Ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained, including patient satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols
7. Fostering a patient-centred environment, addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
8. Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications

1. Minimum of “N” level or NITEC certificate
2. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong multitasking abilities
5. Proficiency in using computer software
6. A compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
