Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Coordinate clinic schedules for psychologists.
Handle clinic correspondence and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining clinic databases.
Process payments, issue invoices, and track outstanding accounts.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
Oversee supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in managing vendor relationships.
Assist psychologists with administrative needs.
Coordinate patient referrals and liaise with external healthcare providers.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinic administrative role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and clinic management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Understanding of medical confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Experience with insurance claims processing is a plus.
