We are an ICT solutions integrators company that designs, builds, synthesizes, and implements leading technological solutions to meet customers’ needs. Our core focuses are IT system integration, video, and access security systems, project management, and IT outsourcing.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join us as part of our workforce expansion. We have various positions available and if you have or are interested in taking on part of the following responsibilities, we welcome you to apply for an interview.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT infrastructure and systems.
  2. Perform installation, changes & decommission of IT hardware and software at client’s place.
  3. Attend to IT helpdesk requests and resolve them through the HelpDesk ticketing system.
  4. Assist first-level troubleshooting on software & hardware-related incidents, network connectivity, and operating systems application issues.
  5. Provide clients with ongoing support and maintenance services, addressing technical issues and optimizing system performance.
  6. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Oversee and assist clients during implementation regarding proper documentation and presentation.
  8. Maintain good customer relationships.
  9. Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.

Requirements

  1. At least a Diploma in Computer Science or related certifications.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in IT related field.
  3. Familiarity with network administration or IT administration.
  4. Knowledge of operating systems, network architecture, and cloud technologies.
  5. Relevant experience in IT solution implementation and support.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  9. Contract Period: 1 year, able to start work on a short notice.
  10. Able to work on weekends if required.
