Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with on-site supervisors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  2. Parts Purchasing: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement.
  3. Site Management: Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, project teams, and suppliers to address project-related issues.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and meeting notes.
  6. Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources to ensure optimal project execution.
  7. Progress Updates: Regularly update the Client Solutions Manager on project status, challenges, and milestones.
  8. Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and adherence to engineering standards and client expectations.
  9. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Initiative: Take the initiative to propose improvements in processes and workflows for better project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering or related field; a degree is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or site coordination; candidates with less experience may be considered.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
