Job Description

The opportunity

Responsibilities:

  1. Champion all queries and requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls in a professional, trustworthy and prompt manner
  2. Resolve all queries and requests whilst meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards
  3. Provide viable solutions to customers/advisers in an equitable way
  4. Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/degree holder qualifications preferred
  2. No prior experience will be considered; ideally, candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience preferably in the insurance industry
  3. Possess a strong customer centric personality and mindset
  4. Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
  5. Commendable interpersonal and communication skills
