Client Service - Trader (Fresh Graduates)

Company Overview

Our client is a global, innovative fintech company specializing in trading. They are seeking a Client Service (Trainee Sales Trader) to join their Singapore trading services team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trade and account servicing support for OTC derivatives to our global retail, corporate, and institutional clients via phone, email, and web chat.
• Act as a champion for clients by addressing a wide range of queries and cross-selling our products and platforms.
• Offer trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, and trade investigations.
• Assist clients with technical support for our front-end platforms and chat packages.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in financial markets and strong attention to detail.
• A degree, preferably in a finance-related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a client-facing or middle office role, preferably in financial services.
• A keen, demonstrable interest in understanding financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Salary range: SGD 4,500
