The client that we are working with is a global trading firm that caters to the trading needs of both consumer and institutional investors.

About the Job

• Attend to client queries (i.e., trade-related queries, account queries) via phone calls, live chat, and emails
• Escalate queries to the relevant departments and round back to clients in a timely manner
• Help clients to understand the trading lifecycle (i.e., funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation)
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as market research and platform training activities

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial institutions
• Strong understanding of the financial markets and financial institutions (i.e., Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Fixed Income)
• Licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A
