Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstrations on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms, and assist customers with account opening.
2. Be well-versed with our product offerings such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing, ProsperUs, and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
3. Organise in-house seminars/webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on the salient features of our platforms.
4. Handle customer enquiries regarding their account and platform related issues.
5. Handle and escalate client feedback and complaints.
6. Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
7. Adhere to service level targets and any other duties as defined/assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers’ web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS and Microsoft).
2. Service-oriented with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
3. Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
4. Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
5. Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations.
6. Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage.
7. Not necessary, but experience in a customer care division and handling online customers would be an advantage.
